Following the medical assessment, the former Prime Minister was taken to the hospital on Saturday night and later returned to jail with instructions from medical professionals. Tarar reassured the public, stating that Imran’s vital signs remained stable and that his overall health was satisfactory throughout the procedure. Meanwhile, PTI Secretary General Salman Akram Raja announced that a petition has been filed in a trial court seeking permission to meet Imran Khan in detention. Expressing concern over reports about Khan’s health, Raja noted that Dr. Asim had examined Imran in jail a year ago and confirmed that he had no eye issues at that time.
