A total of nine members of The Pagans were charged in connection with the alleged confrontation with two members of the rival Unknown Bikers Motorcycle Gang. Seven other Pagans members were ordered to stand trial on identical charges after a separate preliminary hearing last Dec. 5 before District Court Judge Marc A. Alfarano. The injured victims were wounded by shots fired from the guns belonging to the two Unknown Bikers, according to testimony. The investigation began about 9:12 p.m. when West Norriton police responded to the Wawa for a report of a shooting. Norristown police subsequently spotted four motorcycles and five Pagans members, including Rosenberger, traveling eastbound on Main Street.
