Marin Catholic rallied for a crucial 58-57 boys basketball victory over the Branson School in the race for the top seed in the MCAL playoffs. The Bulls held a seven-point lead late in the game, but the Wildcats pushed hard to take the win. Branson’s NJ Gray had 24 points and seven rebounds against the double- and triple-team from Marin Catholic. Marin Catholic closes out the season with games against Tam, Novato and Terra Linda. The win got the Wildcats (6-12, 3-2 MCAL) back on track after back-to-back losses to Redwood and Cardinal Newman.
