Shirley Trottier, 100, of Racine, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, January 23, 2026, in Racine, Wisconsin. Shirley Trottier’s Early LifeBorn June 19, 1925, in Racine, Shirley was the daughter of Melvin and Elizabeth Mills. Early in her working life, Shirley was employed as a secretary at Modine Manufacturing Company for approximately 10 years. On June 26, 1948, Shirley was united in marriage to Norbert “Norb” Trottier.
