Rings, which are up to 3000 years old, are being sold by Sloane Street Auctions and could provide the perfect romantic gift inspiration for Valentine's Day next month.
One stylish Roman ring features an image of Cupid - the God of desire, erotic love, and attraction.
The 18-carat gold ring, carved in rock crystal, is even older than the martyred Saint Valentine himself, dating back to the 2nd Century AD, and is estimated to fetch up to £3,000.
The oldest ring in the sale dates back 3,300 years to Ancient Egypt, but has a 'surprisingly modern' feel.
"These stunning rings are surely among the most thoughtful and stylish love tokens that you could think of for Valentine's Day gifts," Sloane Street Auctions owner Daniel Hunt said.
