These two-story residences are part of PLC Communities’ expansion in the foothills development on vacant land bought by the homebuilder. Branded as Encore at La Viña, the project will ultimately include 18 homes. “All of those floorplans were 20 years old,” said Jaime Todd, vice president of sales and marketing for PLC Communities.
