Jon Gosselin is opening up about a health scare he had before his wedding — and he says it could’ve killed him! In case you didn’t know, the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star got married to his girlfriend Stephanie Lebo in November 2025. Just weeks before the big wedding, though, he suffered a health issue that almost put everything on pause. Jon continued, saying his then-fiancée Stephanie was “scared to death” as his kids Colin and Hannah were “freaked out”. We’re so glad Jon was able to make a full recovery and get his health under control.
