Over 70 Seattle restaurants, cafes, and bars—including over a dozen in Ballard—are donating a portion of their proceeds to support Minneapolis restaurants that plan to close and join a nationwide shutdown on Friday. Ballard’s Spice Waala restaurant shared the fundraiser on social media: “Some of us will have whistles at our businesses for you to take. Some of us will have KYRI pamphlets. Some of us will have stickers to show your support.
