The Benton Rd. Overpass and the Walter O. Bigby Carriageway is now open to traffic in Bossier City. As of noon today both the Carriageway and the Benton Rd. Overpass are open and deemed as safe for motorists. Mayor Chandler said that he appreciates the patience and support of our Citizens as decisions were made to keep our community safe.
