It is time to recognize that extortion is not resistance, intimidation is not revolution, and kidnapping is not nationalism. It meanwhile said that the installation of surveillance CCTV has long been a key priority for the Business Association of Nagas (BAN) and various civil society organizations. The BAN said that the Western Sumi Frontal Organisation’s ultimatum should be taken as a reminder that the people of Nagaland expect accountability and are prepared to call a spade a spade. BAN also reiterated its stand to stay committed to reporting any grievances of BAN members to the rightful authority.
