Kohima, January 29 (MExN): The evening programme marking the celebration of the 77th Republic Day was held at the Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza, Kohima on January 26. Abhijit Sinha, IAS, Home Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Government of Nagaland, graced the programme as the chief guest. During the programme, prize distribution was carried out for the exhibition stalls, participating parade contingents and football teams. In the Parade Contingent (Non-Uniformed) category, NCC (Girls) won first prize, NCC (Boys) secured second position, while Bharat Scouts & Guides stood third. A football exhibition match was played between Kohima District Football Association and Morning Premier League, which ended in 1-1 draw.
