Investing.com -- A stronger euro against the dollar could weigh on European earnings overall, with Bank of America (BofA) estimating that 2026 EPS for the STOXX Europe 600 would fall by 4.5% if EUR/USD holds around 1.19. On the flip side, Construction and Materials and Autos and Parts would be the most negatively affected segments, she added. On the stock level, BofA’s screen highlights a group of companies that have historically outperformed when the euro strengthens against the dollar. Names with favorable sensitivity include Siemens Energy, KION Group, Enel, Fresenius, Infineon, Adecco, Signify and Anheuser-Busch InBev, with several showing double-digit percentage uplifts to 2026 EPS in the stronger euro scenario.
