Delhi, N.Y. - A Delaware County man killed his wife by injecting her with multiple doses of meth and fentanyl over a 24-hour period, prosecutors say. A jury on Friday found the man, Justin T. Valk, 49, guilty of murder with depraved indifference to human life, according to the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. He killed his wife, Stephanie Valk, 47, in their home in Davenport in August 2022. Valk mocked his dying wife in the videos, despite her cries for help. Justin Valk was seeking divorce and had been engaging in an affair with a friend of his wife prior to the murder, they said.
