Multiple rising chefs in New England will come together for a unique tasting event in Boston next week. The James Beard Foundation’s Taste America series will return to The State Room in Boston on Thursday night, Feb. 5. The tasting event will feature 14 chefs from across the region recognized for their outstanding culinary talent and leadership. Premier ticket holders can get into Taste America Boston at 6 p.m. while general ticket holders are let in at 7 p.m. Proceeds from Taste America benefit the James Beard Foundation’s mission to champion a more sustainable, equitable, and thriving future for independent restaurants and the broader food system.
