According to police, at about 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, troopers with the Delaware State Police responded to a shopping center along the 1900 block of Maryland Avenue in Wilmington, Delaware, after a reported robbery. Upon seeing the trooper's vehicle, officials said, the pair exited the car and fled the scene on foot. Officials said this incident is under investigation by the Delaware State Police.
