The Eagles have interviewed former Buccaneers offensive coordinator Josh Grizzard for a second time on Wednesday, according to NFL insider Jordan Schultz. He’s the third candidate to meet twice with the Eagles, joining Packers quarterbacks coach Sean Mannion and Colts offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter. In Grizzard’s first season as Tampa Bay’s OC in 2025, the Buccaneers’ offense severely regressed and many players underperformed, including quarterback Baker Mayfield. In 2024, the Buccaneers had the third-best offense in the NFL under former offensive coordinator Liam Cohen, who is now the head coach of the Jaguars. The Eagles could buy into Grizzard’s upside, betting that he will improve with more experience.
