WEXFORD COUNTY, MI – A Kentucky man has pleaded guilty to charges related to the sexual abuse of a 15-year-old Michigan girl, officials announced. During fall 2016, Miller began sexually assaulting a 15-year-old girl in Wexford County and exchanged with her sexually explicit pictures and videos, according to prosecutors. This case was investigated in 2017 and 2025 by the Cadillac Police Department and the Michigan State Police Computer Crimes Unit. The operation is a partnership between the Michigan Department of Attorney General, local county prosecutors, and the U.S. Marshals Service to locate, apprehend, and return to Michigan fugitive offenders with outstanding sexual assault warrants.
