The 29-year-old man from Luton was stopped in Mosquito Way by the Welwyn Hatfield Neighbourhood Policing Team. When officers arrived at the scene, they found the individual in his vehicle and conducted a roadside drugs swipe. He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of the following offences:Driving – excess drugs (cannabis)Possession of a class B drug (cannabis)Driving while unfit due to drink or drugs (cannabis)The alleged incident took place at around 6.30pm on Friday, January 16, and he has been bailed while enquiries continue.
