As the proprietor and executive chef at Bar Berria, Bayer prides himself on supporting his community and creating bold hospitality concepts. He later moved to Washington, D.C., and became executive chef of Punjab Grill (now Rania), helping the restaurant gain recognition in the 2019 Michelin Guide. He eventually settled in Houston, Texas, where he opened Amrina as the executive chef and managing partner. Cardoso’s first executive chef position came at Café Cluny in New York City. He has since opened Marcus DC as the executive chef, and the establishment was named one of the top five restaurants in its home city by The Washington Post.
