AltStore developers Riley Testut and Shane Gill today announced CSAM Store Checker, an app that tracks app marketplaces where child sexual abuse material is available. Both apps are in clear violation of Apple’s App Store guidelines and should have been removed from the App Store. With that in mind, they launched CSAM Store Checker, an app that lets users check whether a specific app marketplace has apps where CSAM is accessible.
