The awards are run by Newsquest - publishers of the Worcester News, Malvern Gazette, Evesham Journal, Kidderminster Shuttle, and Bromsgrove/Droitwich and Redditch Advertisers - in conjunction with the University of Worcester. Now in their eighth year, the awards have gone from strength to strength and now incorporate 13 categories. Entries are now closed and we have received more than 250 nominations. The winners will be decided by a panel of independent judges before a list of finalists is announced next week. The winners will be revealed at a black tie ceremony at the Bank House Hotel in Bransford on Thursday, March 26.
