Bracknell Forest Council has issued an appeal for the public's help in tracking down the people responsible for dumping rubbish in the neighbourhoods of Winkfield and Warfield. Another fly-tipping dump happened barely a day later in Warfield on the night of January 27-28, with bags of rubbish discarded along Bishops Lane.
