A British Airways pilot who filmed a member of cabin crew during sex and sent videos to another BA pilot has been acquitted of voyeurism. Mr Capron then sent the images to Steven Farnworth, another BA pilot, who Capron described as a “sexual partner” of his with whom he enjoyed having threesomes. Giving evidence during his trial on Tuesday, Mr Capron stated that he believed the complainant would have consented to being filmed. Mr Capron was arrested by police on Sept 28 2021, sparking an investigation that found he had extreme pornography on his mobile phone. Mr Capron previously confirmed he had graduated through Christ Church College in Oxford with an MA in biological science.
