Report: Arrest made in Grand Rapids slayings of woman and her two sons

Charles Broomfield, 44, is accused of killing Jacqueline Neill and her sons, 15-year-old Cameron Kilpatrick and 13-year-old Michael Kilpatrick, according to a report by WOOD-TV in Grand Rapids, citing a statement by Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker.
Police have said officers responded the shooting around 7:40 a.m. Tuesday at a home in the southwest part of the city.
Broomfield was booked into the Kent County Jail on Tuesday and remains behind bars, according to online listings.
He faces three counts each of first-degree murder and using a firearm in the commission of a felony, per WOOD-TV.
