Scott Wolf's temporary restraining order case against estranged wife Kelley Wolf has officially been dismissed. As EW previously reported, Scott dropped the restraining order back in December, with any protective orders issued being declared null and void. Kelley was released from jail on Aug. 28, the same day a court granted Scott's request for a new restraining order against her.
