Mosque to church plan in Watford recommended for approval

The application for the St Thomas' United Reformed Church site, which has been vacant since 2015, was submitted in October 2025 and is set to be decided on Tuesday (February 3).
Agenda documents published this afternoon (January 29) include council officers’ assessment based on national planning policy – which recommended approval.
