RCMP have confirmed that Daniel Martell, 34, has been charged with sexual assault, assault and forcible confinement involving an adult. He is the stepfather of Lilly and Jack Sullivan, who went missing from Lansdowne, N.S., nearly nine months ago. The CBC's Aly Thomson has the story.
