Two Conservative MPs with razor-thin victory margins — Chris d’Entremont and Michael Ma — have already crossed the floor, and rumours persist about more to come. Its polling says there are a further 14 per cent of voters who are “accessible” to the Conservatives. That may not beget a new rebel caucus but a resounding endorsement in the upcoming leadership vote will not end the ferment.
