A 75-year-old man has been charged in connection with a collision in mid-December that killed a three-year-old girl and injured another. Waterloo regional police have charged the man with dangerous operation causing death and having an obstructed windshield. The charges stem from a collision that happened near the Westgate Plaza on Cedar Street in Cambridge on Dec. 11, when police received a report of a collision involving a vehicle and two pedestrians.
