['Murray Grayston']

The 29-year-old returned to the dock having previously pleaded guilty to a pair of charges in relation to matters.
He admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner at his then home on Bilby Terrace in Irvine on October 28 last year.
He also pleaded guilty to another charge of the same nature in relation to his behaviour at Crosshouse Hospital in Kilmarnock.
It was added that several options of this nature were available despite Hamilton being described as "sofa surfing" at present.
A restriction of movement requirement, which would see the Irvine man ordered to stay within his home address from 7pm-7am each day, was suspended.
