SLAYTON — Jason Ryan Bitker, 50, of Slayton, is charged in Murray County with three counts of failing to update his predatory offender registration, all felonies. Police discovered that Bitker had moved three times since November of 2021, but had not updated his registration. He was scheduled to appear Monday in Murray County Fifth District Court.
