Callum Johns, 20, of Joseph Groome Towers, was sentenced at Chester Crown Court on Thursday, sitting at Chester Magistrates Court, for being concerned in the supply of cannabis.
The prosecution added that phone messages showed that he was concerned in the supply of cannabis, which he pleaded guilty to.
Judge Everett added his view that the level of involvement was significant but in the lower category.
“You’ve pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply, they found a significant number of bags of cannabis worth thousands and thousands of pounds.
“I told you that if you had a positive pre-sentence review then I would suspend the sentence,” he said.
