Two fire engines, one from Powey Lane and another from Ellesmere Port Fire Station, were called to the scene on the A540 Chester High Road, Hinderton, at around 8.20pm. Firefighters arrived to find the vehicle on its side. Firefighters made the vehicle safe and requested engineers, because a telegraph pole had been damaged in the collision. Crews stabilised the vehicle and carried out gas monitoring and thermal imaging scans with no abnormal readings found. Firefighters remained at the scene to support the safe recovery of the vehicle.
