Munch was opened by Nicola Forster in Upton last September and its second branch, situated in a container on Marcus Street in Birkenhead, will open at 7am tomorrow (Friday, January 30). Munch was the first catering business Nicola, a former dog groomer has owned since going into the industry last year. She told the Globe: "The Upton shop has only been open for 12 weeks and that's gone down really well. The opportunity came to get a second location in Birkenhead, so we jumped at the chance to take it on board. Munch is open from 7am to 7pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 7pm on Sunday.
