Approximately 2,567 customers were off power supply in Aberaeron following a high voltage fault yesterday (January 28). The incident was reported at 10:16 and the majority of customers had power restored within an hour. A National Grid Electricity Distribution spokesperson said:“Our engineers are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore supplies following a fault on the high‑voltage network in Aberaeron. “Customers may have seen brief interruptions while our engineers carried out network switching, which reroutes power around the fault to keep as many people on supply as possible. Customers who may need extra help during an outage can sign up to our free Priority Services Register for tailored support and advice.”
