— A judge declared a mistrial this week in the criminal case against Nick Tilsen, founder and CEO of NDN Collective, after jurors were unable to reach a unanimous verdict following three days of deliberations. In a statement following the mistrial, Tilsen thanked supporters and acknowledged that the legal process is ongoing. “I’m grateful for everyone who stood with me through the latest iteration of this lengthy legal battle,” Tilsen said.
