Fermanagh and Tyrone are both to be hit by the strong rain which could lead to flooding and transport disruption. It is the second time this week there has been a rain warning for the area after Storm Chandra earlier this week. There was also an ice warning on Tuesday but it is rain that is to return between midnight and 6pm tomorrow. A Met Office spokesperson said: “Spells of heavy rain will move over Northern Ireland during Thursday night and Friday. “Be prepared for weather warnings to change quickly: when a weather warning is issued, the Met Office recommends staying up to date with the weather forecast in your area.”
