Police were behind houses and on the side roads off U.S. Business Highway 70 west between Garner and Clayton due to an investigation. Sky 5 flew above the chaotic scene as law enforcement ran behind houses and through parking lots. Video footage showed a car off the highway badly burnt and items strewn all around it.
