The traffic cone, which has blighted Tain High Street for well over a year, is finally no more after underground sewer repairs were finally carried out. A key Ross-shire town centre road has reopened to traffic after infamous sewer damage was finally repaired. Work was expected to be finished by Friday, but progressed so well that the street reopened today. Posting an update on Facebook, she said: "The High Street is back open! Let’s hope that’s the end of the cone of shame chat 😅😁.
