Mehboob Noormahmad Vaid pleaded guilty at a court hearing following a Wigan Council trading standards investigation. Greater Manchester Police assisted in bringing the matter to the courts after an officer witnessed the sale in August last year, at the Super Save Store in Bradshawgate in Leigh town centre.
