The University of Bradford’s Keith Howard Opportunities Programme supports white working-class males by providing monthly living cost support of at least £500 during their studies. The scheme began in September 2024 and will support two more students in the 2026/27 academic year, following renewed funding from the Keith Howard Foundation. The Keith Howard Foundation was set up by the late Dr Howard (1931-2021). Dr Howard, a philanthropist and a graduate of the University’s of School of Management, helped set up Emerald Publishing in 1967.
