William ‘Billy’ Griffith and Shannah Butterfield have been appointed to the Bermuda Tourism Authority [BTA] Board. Owen Darrell, JP, MP, Minister of Tourism, Transport, Culture, and Sport, announces the appointments of William ‘Billy’ Griffith and Shannah Butterfield to the Bermuda Tourism Authority [BTA] Board.”Minister Darrell stated, “I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. William ‘Billy’ Griffith as Chairman of the BTA. His appointment reflects his dedication to guiding the Board and supporting BTA leadership. “William ‘Billy’ Griffith is a regionally respected tourism executive with more than four decades of leadership across hospitality, destination marketing, and tourism development. “In Bermuda, Griffith served as General Manager and Executive Director of leading hotels, earning the Hotelier of the Year award.
