Trevelle Rowland, 34, was convicted of murder after using his Volkswagen Tiguan to fatally strike Fergany Mvuezolo, 35, following an argument outside a restaurant in East Ham. Detective Inspector Aytac Necati, who led the investigation, said: "Rowland is an extremely dangerous man. "He used his car as a weapon against three men – one of whom tragically lost his life. On May 29, 2023, Rowland used his vehicle to injure two doormen outside a pub in Barking after being asked to remove his baseball cap. Following the killing of Mr Mvuezolo, Rowland attempted to flee the country.
