The misery which has faced drivers travelling along Fordham Road in Newmarket since the start of this month could last for another three weeks, according to the utilities company Cadent. But chaos has ensued on the roads, with parts of the town having ground to a halt according to Janne Jarvis, ward member for Newmarket North at West Suffolk Council.
