Sue Grindrod, managing director of Blackpool BIDs, said: "Blackpool has a wide range of food businesses across the town, and Restaurant Week is about giving people the opportunity to discover them. Restaurant Week aims to attract diners, with many businesses offering family-friendly menus including child-focused dishes, sharing plates, and group offers. A programme of events and activities will also take place throughout the week, offering even more reasons to visit participating venues. The managing director of Coral Island said: "Coral Island Blackpool is incredibly proud to sponsor Blackpool Restaurant Week and to stand alongside so many brilliant local food and hospitality businesses. Participation in Blackpool Restaurant Week is free for businesses, and more restaurants are encouraged to join the line-up.
