Buckley Brothers has been granted planning permission with 21 conditions for the new development at its site in Higher Lawrence Street, Darwen. It had originally asked for approval from Blackburn with Darwen Council for four new industrial units with associated parking and landscaping. “This planning application was originally submitted for four new industrial units. “The proposed works relate to the land south of Higher Lawrence Street and do not involve any alterations to the existing Buckley Brothers' vehicle maintenance garage or existing units. “The four units would be in a single row, running parallel to Higher Lawrence Street.
