Earlier this afternoon (Thursday, January 29), at around 3:30pm, Thames Valley Police rushed to Cowley Road and its surrounding streets. At least eight cars and 20 officers were present near to the junction with Crown Street, with a helicopter also circling and a road closure put in place.
