WALSH COUNTY — A Grafton man has been charged with Class AA felony gross sexual imposition after a minor reported prior sexual abuse to law enforcement, according to a probable cause statement filed in the case. Martin Bustamante Torres, 61, faces up to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole if convicted. The girl recounted several instances of sexual abuse by Torres, with the last instance occurring when she was 13. Court documents do not specify how old the girl was when the alleged abuse began. Torres allegedly admitted to law enforcement that he had sexual contact with the girl when she was younger.
