Taylor Wimpey is considering a nine-hectare site on the borders of Church Road and Mill Road in Reedham. Proposals for the Reedham site were discussed at a parish council meeting on January 12, which was attended by 62 members of the public. The land at the junction of Church Road and Mill Road in Reedham which Taylor Wimpey has been looking at. Parish council chairman David Hale said no action could be taken until a planning application had been submitted to both the parish council and Broadland District Council. Mr Hale also said he would do his utmost to ensure that the next meeting with Taylor Wimpey was held in public.
