John Paul Riley, 21, sped up on his dirt bike to confront Dylan Brown in Glasgow's Royston on February 1 2024. Prosecutor Anna Chisholm today told the High Court in Glasgow that Riley then pulled the victim to the ground and repeatedly struck him with a knife. The court was told Dylan remains badly affected by his ordeal and continues to have symptoms of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Miss Chisholm today handed judge Lord Matthews a victim impact statement detailing how Dylan has suffered. The attacker had been on bail - he was remanded by Lord Matthews pending sentencing in March.
